Vegas Pro 21 Best file IO settings?

I have an intel I9 machine with 64gigs Ram and a 4090 Video card, what is the best settings in the file IO section. I have a screen grab of mine.

You need to set the best options for the media you are using. Note the i9 onboard decoder can decode HEVC 10bit 422 while the 4090 cannot.

Usually using the intel for decode and nvidia for timeline (in the video tab) ends up being the best option, but test them.

yeah I always set it that way, I just started noticing a little sluggishness in while making cuts and typing text and wanted to make sure something was out of wack, thanks Frosty
