A search indicates ucrtbase.dll is part of Microsoft Visual C++ . Is that updated?

I think it needs to be updated.

it does not handle mxf well even when it doesn't crash. I'd convert mxf to mp4 first then use the mp4 file. one free software that seems to work well is Winx HD video convertor and I can convert to 4k
