From which website are you attempting to download Vegas Pro 21? If you purchased Vegas Pro 21 from Vegas Pro's website and requested a disk (which would have to be a DVD disk because the programs are way too big to fit on a CD), you might need to wait for the arrival of the disk in the mail. But this is really strange because even if a disk has been ordered the serial number for your purchase should be available from the Vegas Pro 21 listing under My Products in your MAGIX My Account.
My last attempt was from Magix.. I will go to the website and order a disk as backup. I contacted support for help I solve the problem before the disk come comes. Thanks for your response.
Acabo de adquirir Vegas Pro Suite 21 y después de instalar el programa y empezar a editar video.
Durante algunas horas, lo cerré y al intentar abrirlo de nuevo no lo consigo.

@andres-m ... this has nothing to do with the OP's issue - he has been unable to install Vegas Pro 21. You have clearly downloaded and installed Vegas Pro 21 but are having problems re-opening it - that's completely another problem.
Please start you own post about you individual problem and please make the effort to post an English translation of your issue as you surely must realise that this is an English language forum - unless you are only seeking responses from Spanish speakers.
