VEGAS Pro 22 Removed from Steam

Dear VEGAS Team,

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing as a loyal user who has been utilizing VEGAS Pro through Steam for some time. I have been very interested in the features of VEGAS Pro 22, which I have been closely following on Steam.

On November 7th, coincidentally my birthday, I noticed that VEGAS Pro 22 was removed from the Steam store and is now only available in China. I was very disappointed by this change, as I had been hoping for a potential discount or update package to upgrade to this version. Unfortunately, such an offer never materialized, making it difficult to justify purchasing the software at the full price of $200, especially since I already own VEGAS Pro 18 and VEGAS Pro 20 on Steam.

Given that I have already invested in previous versions of VEGAS Pro, I find the current price a bit excessive. It is even more disheartening to see the software removed from Steam in such an abrupt manner. I genuinely believe that an update or special offer would have encouraged me to make the purchase earlier, as I had added VEGAS Pro 22 to my wishlist and have been regularly monitoring its availability.

I would greatly appreciate it if you could consider making VEGAS Pro 22 available again for global users, especially in markets such as Chile, where I am based. It would be wonderful if the software could be made accessible again on Steam so that loyal users like myself can continue to enjoy and support your excellent product.

I really appreciate the great service you always provide. As a company, your quick and effective response gives me a lot of confidence. I will keep an eye on Steam for when the program becomes available again, and if I find it on sale, I’ll take the opportunity to purchase it.

The problem has now been resolved. The administrator's at Steam did something to mess up the VEGAS Pro 22 store. We contacted them this morning and they fixed the problem. Sorry about the inconvenience.
