I've been using Vegas pro since a LONG time, way back when it was still called Sony Vegas. It always had some bugs there and there, but never as bad as that last Vegas 23 version though. That's the first time I have this program just crash on startup, without even have the chance to start using it. Worse part is that, when it finally start fine (after restarting it a bazillion times), it then freezes and crash later, or sometimes it works fine for hours without issues, until next time I try to use it. Then start crashing at startup again.

With all previous versions of Vegas, I never saw this kind of behavior before, and I really start to regret having upgraded to that new version, which definitely feels rushed and half baked to me, without much visible improvement from the previous versions.

FYI: Using Vegas Pro 23 (build 302), with a computer build on purpose for video editing, which is WAY more over specs than needed. However, I still use Windows 10 though, as I refuse to update to that privacy nightmare and buggy Windows 11. Maybe that's the issue?.
