VEGAS Pro 23 new feature descriptions

Some brief descriptions of the new features have been added to the changelist for the upcoming VEGAS Pro 23 release.

Thanks, that sounds like a lot of fundamental improvements, new features are nice but the basic functions of a program need to come first. So thanks again, it's made me more eager to upgrade when the time comes 👍

Looks exciting. Nice to see AV1 encoding improved as I use it as my export codec and have to use Happy Otter Render+ as the current AV1 within V22 has artifacts in fine detail such as sandy beach scenes.
