Vegas Pro 23 - Visual Preset Chain Major Problem

Hi, I was editing a video on Vegas Pro 23 Build 302 when I was saving a preset chain of a couple visual effects (Hsl Adjust + Mirror + NewBlueME Wiggle). When I decided to pull out that preset chain from the "Plug-In Manager", it wouldn't let me drag it into the video clip and I was wondering why. I also checked the new Filter Packages feature to see if my preset chain was there and it was. I dragged it in and noticed there was a missing effect there (NewBlueME Wiggle). Then I also decided to do some experimentation with other third party video effects (and some first party too) I have and what it came down to was that I can't properly save preset chains with directx video effects (not even vegas's own gradient map either!). I then tried only exporting the gradient map effect as a preset chain and it refused to even make the darn preset chain [https://imgur.com/a/uPnSXa] (The default image uploader didn't work, as it said "Error uploading." with no other details)!

Now before anyone says anything about me using the beta version of Vegas Pro 23. I have tested this on 2 different computers running Windows 11 and even a virtual machine too with the same exact results. I also have tried build 278 as well and the same behavior happens. This issue isn't present on Vegas Pro 22 or earlier (I usually use Vegas Pro 19), which after a bit of analysis... I saw they changed the way on how exporting preset chains would work. I see they come out to xml files on (%UserProfile%\Documents\OFX Presets\fxPackages) instead of the svg or sfv files on (%UserProfile%\AppData\Roaming\VEGAS\FX Packages). Which reading those xml files, I can definitely see it did not include the directx effects in there from the many test ones I made.

Is there any way I can possibly use the legacy plugin chain method on Vegas Pro 23? I noticed that my plugin chains still show up from prior Vegas Pro versions (mainly 19) and even the ones with DirectX plugins still applied onto the video just fine on Vegas Pro 23.
