Vegas Pro 365/20 will not finish installing

Vegas Pro 20 & Vegas Deep Learning Models will not finish installing.  I keep getting a screen that asks me if I want to Remove the product from my computer.  If I cancel it they never finish installing.  The other parts of 365 install successfully.

If trying to install a Vegas Pro build over a previous build, the install process needs to first uninstall the previous build. Sometimes when the uninstall process takes place, the uninstall progress bar sticks. If this happens, open the task manager and 'End Process' any instances of Vegas Pro listed under the background processes tab. The uninstall process should then resume and the new build of Vegas Pro should then install.
