Vegas Pro 365 Perpetual License

Hey all it's been ages since I made a post on this form. So I was just wondering for the 365 add-ons like the Perpetual License for text to speech and footage and music. I was just wondering what does PERPETUAL LICENSE mean again? I kinda forget what it means..

Like when it's time to have the stuff be refilled so I have to pay it again still? Or does it just refill without payment like I have it forever when I have the 365 subscription.

"Vegas Pro 365 Perpetual License" is oxymoronic.

VEGAS Pro 365 = subscription

Perpetual License = permanent license.

They are separate license types.
