I'm guessing you meant to say DVD Architect 4.5?
If you're rendering to MPEG-2, odds are you used a video-only preset.
You need to render an AC-3 file (the audio portion) as well.
Make it the same prefix as the video file and place it in the same folder and DVD Architect will automatically load the audio when you load the video.

Just to note that the auto import of audio will only happen if you name it the same as the MPEG file and just let there be a different file extension on it, and it only imports it from the same folder as the MPEG file, not from some random location.
