Vegas Pro 9, Windows 7 and Waves Gold

Hi,

I'm looking at upgrading to Windows 7 64bit. I have the Waves 6 Gold Suite, which doesn't have Win 7 64bit drivers. My question is:

Can I run Vegas 9 (32bit) and the Waves plugins (32bit) on Win 7 (64 bit)?
