Vegas Pro + Cinescore

I am contemplating adding Cinescore or similar to my Vegas Pro 8(c) however, I would like to some advice regarding using such a combination. It seems to me that the audio editing is done outside of the video editing screens. Do you have render your video file first to bring into the audio editor and then what? Do you have to re-render again? I typically use m2t files for most of my work. Could someone please enlighten me of their typical workflow when using these packages together?
Thanks!

If these are HDV m2t files they will work fine editing directly on the timeline in Vegas 8c, if you have a capable PC.

I do all of my editing first with the video, then I do the audio. With the 32 bit version of vegas 8 and 9 you can use Cinescore as a plugin and work directly in vegas on the timeline. This will allow you to generate music quickly and then mix the audio how you want with your other audio tracks. If you are not pleased with a portion of the audio, just click on the eighth note at the bottom right of the generated media and you will be able to drop hints and change tempo, intensity, them, rendition, etc. all within Vegas.

I use it all the time with Vegas.

That's the info I was looking for. Is it easy to call up Cinescore while looking at the video on the timeline? Does it superimpose on top of the timeline?
Sorry to ask all these somewhat mundane questions and thank you for your input.

Download the free trial and see for yourself.

however the plugin pulls up a window that has the cinescore timeline and theme window in it. Once there pick what you want, how you want it to end, the length and tweak to your hearts content. Then hit okay. It generates and is on your timeline. Very easy to edit thereafter as well.

To call it up there are several ways. One is to right click on an empty audio track and choose "insert generated media".
