Vegas Pro Doesn't Start Anymore - Re-install And Everything!

I just get this for a few seconds, and it disappears, no longer loads the program. Only my Vegas Pro 14 and 16 work, the newer versions do not, I need help because I need to render in 4K/HDR w/ Hardware acceleration but older versions don't have that.

(Especially for Vegas Pro 19) for my partner, doesn't work as well, can anything be done on that?

I do need urgent help to fix this, It worked just FINE few days ago!

My apologies, I've updated the post to include another copy of Vegas Pro 19 as well, it also doesn't work.

A solution for Vegas Pro 19 has not been developed.

But there is a solution for Vegas Pro 20:

For VP19, deactivate the ethernet device temporarily and start VP19, and reactivate ethernet device after VP19 fully launched. By the time of this writing, the emergency build is still in Work in Progress.

in Win10, go to:

Settings
Network & Internet
Ethernet
Change Adapter Options
Click on the Ethernet device that connects you to the internet
Click on Disable this network device.
Start Vegas Pro. Once it has started you can then "Click on Enable this network device."
