Pro Edit is the same program as Prp without some third party plugins as mentioned in the Comparison.

just I don't see this black dot in comparison, so was thinking this version is not including effects and they just in more expensive version of products
There was another post about this, but I recommend getting the bundled versions. Even though some of the plug-ins might not be compatible with future versions of Vegas, you get the following benefits:
1) You get to experiment with plug-ins you might not have otherwise checked out
2) You are usually getting the plug-ins at a significant discount
3) If you wish to purchase the stand-alone plug-in later, they usually offer you a discount for having the Vegas version of the plug-in already.
I know all this because I just got Vegas Edit and didn't realize until later I missed having the plug-ins, so then I had to turn around get the full Suite, which fortunately, Magix Customer Service let me do at a discount.
