Why does it take five weeks to get help? It got to be a faster and easier way to get real help. I don't understand why I have to deactivate any of my software on my personal computer for it to work. The message says (You have reached the maximum allowed number of simultaneously usable devices for this program. You can easily activate the software for this device through the MAGIX service center.) When I go there it says please wait and does not move from there. My software has nothing to do with any online subscriptions. Once it is working again can you please leave it alone?
