VEGAS PRO is still broken?

One week ago I've installed fresh Windows 11.

Today I've installed (fresh new install) on my PC.

This is version 23, Build 356

 

My cursor is broken during playback.

 

I've reported this issue to the support at end of 2025 year.

They're replied with "Thank you for your message. ​A VEGAS 23 update has been released which resolves known issue and adds features to the application.  To download the update, close VEGAS then log onto your MAGIX.com account. Then, click MyProduct and click the Installation program link. After the installation is complete, you will have the latest build."

- but I've installed it now on fresh PC (I've used v302 until now) - and I cannot use this program.

When this issue will be repaired?

It's a known bug with 356, which was recalled. I'd go back to 302.

No, that's likely an automated message. The current build for download is 302.

They also closed support ticket about a bug I've submissed.
