Vegas Pro Signal Flow Diagram,Bit-depth Conversion

Hi~
Vegas Pro Signal Flow
'Import audio media -> bit-depth conversion(very first)'
Means from any audio to internal 32 bit float?? Not Project bit-depth, right?
Project bit-depth 24 bit only determines playback(to hardware output) and any recordings that I make, right?

Correct. Vegas' internal engine is 32 bit normalized float. All media is converted to this.

There is a sample rate conversion, depending on the media and the project setting. The quality of this can be set in the preferences.
