Vegas Pro Suite Activating Boris FX and other products

I'm having a problem activating the additional Boris FX and other products that came with my purchase. I purchase a DVD version and was able to install V18 and Sound Forge Pro. When trying to install Boris FX products I click on the link to get to register Your Continuum Units and Fill out and submit my information but never get an email back. Have tried on several different day and never received an email. Products don't show anywhere. I also submitted the problem to Boris FX support but only received back that I had submitted a question. I have on my cd Continuum, Newblue transitions 5 Ultimate, Noise Reduction Pack 2 , Sound forge Pro 14 64 and Zynaptiq UNVEIL and cannot get to a point to put in my activation keys.

You are not the first person to have difficulty in getting an answer for this problem. The problem is, which version of Boris are you suppose to be getting. You would download and install Continuum Complete and just activate the effects from Boris and not install everything else.

Send another email to Boris and go here to their user forum. Usually fast replies there. It should not be this difficult to install plugins from Boris.

Please note: For installation, please have the three Continuum activation keys handy that were provided in your VEGAS 18 Suite purchase email. You will have to run the installer to license each Continuum unit for a total of three separate installations.
