Been using this for 2 or 3 years & today it says it’s not registered.

After a lot of stuffing about, it will open recent projects but it wont let me render or save anything.

Yes I am online while trying to start.

Yes it is the same windows 10 computer I’ve always used.

Why is this so please ?
