Vegas quirk that's been bugging me...

Once in awhile when I render a song in Vegas 3 and open the WAV in SoundForge 5, I notice that reverb or delay effects that are used at the END of the song somehow bleed over to the BEGINNING of the same rendered WAV.

Does that make sense?

It doesn't happen always...but it does happen.

Any ideas?

Sometimes when Im ready to shut ebverything down and hand out a cd for reference, I notice that an effect is happening at the beginning of the song where it has no business being. So I rebder it again, and click at the beginnuing of the song to place the cursor there, and it usually comes out fine

I get this all the time. You can also get it from playback - stop in the middle of a song and then start playback from the beginning. I think it has to do with some of the plug-in i/o buffers not being cleared after stopping playback.
I actually have used it for a "special fx" on some tracks.
