I finally had time this afternoon to sit down and catch up on a little reading. Opened my January copy of Goverment Video ( Goverment Video) and found a nice review of Vegas by Chuck Gloman. You could tell he wasn't a "Vegas" person but I read the following comment with a smile:

"Once I became more familiar with the setup, it became second nature. Vegas is actually as easy to edit in and offers more control than Premier. I never thought I would say that!"

Overall a very positive review. He points out several things that Vegas brings to the table or does easier and better than most other NLEs.

Chalk one up for Vegas!!
