Hello, I'm trying render a video for 3 days. It's rendering and then it's stops at 73% and doesn't want to go on. I was trying to import project to new one. I searched every tutorial help on youtube but none of that doesn't work for me, Vegas just keeps stopping at 73%. I don't know what to do about it.

First thing I'd try is looking at what clip it is rendering at 73%... I'd swap that clip out with something else, any kind of placeholder media (even a piece of generated media from the VEGAS Media Generators tab), and see if it renders ok past that point. If so, it's a problem with the media file causing the hang. Possible solutions from there would be running that media file through an encoder app like shutter encoder, and re-encoding it, then try the render again using the new clip that generated.

From there, I always recommend updating drivers, which you can do by using the driver update tab in the help menu to find the right one for you and download it. Install it from there, reboot your computer, then try the render.

If none of that works, see if you can chop up the project into sections, and render out each section. You can then join each rendered section together in a new project and see if that will render.

You can also look at the hardware monitors built into windows (ctrl+alt+delete) and watch to see if anything is getting maxed out. If CPU/GPU are maxed out, it's ok, but if RAM, HDD, etc are, that can cause issues, so watching the hardware monitor can help sometimes to isolate the problem.
