You can use Vegas Stream to stream one or more sources over the internet. It would be different than zoom. For example, you can live stream over YouTube with Stream and use it to switch between different cameras, add titles, and you could capture the whole stream and import that into Vegas allowing you to do anything from a few touch-ups to a complete re-edit of the entire video.

To me, if you have multiple sources, it would certainly be better than OBS as it is much easier to choose a new active camera. You can see all the active cameras and just click on the one you want more like a switcher. The titling in Stream is certainly way better than OBS.

At the moment, there is no upgrade path for existing VEGAS Pro 18 users. VEGAS Stream is only offered via subscription as part of two different bundle packages.
