Vegas Timelines/Track messed up

Somehow when I open a video in the timeline, I am seeing a blank video track under the audio track. I cannot delete it Also I noticed that it is labeled as 'video' The top video track has no label and no video FX icon. Can some please help me to resolve this.

Go to the view tab on the top of vegas between edit and insert. Click on video bus track. You can turn it on and off by clicking there. The track is a master track that will effect all tracks in your project. You also have a master audio track you can use.
