I shot a workshop yesterday on my Sony NX5U in AVCHD in HD format: HD 1080-60i (1920x1080, 29.970 fps) and I need to render the raw footage to a format that my friend can then use to edit the file on his Apple. I'm using Windows 7 64 bit and Sony Vegas Pro 11. I'm presuming he is going to use iMovie (just a guess) for the task.

Your opinions would be appreciated.
