Along similar lines, does anyone still have the link or info for discount special upgrade from Vegas/DVDA to the new software? Also, when does the special expire?

Thanks.

Sony are having 'technical difficulties' with order placement but I note they want $20.00 shipping and handling for a download order. Does this seem correct? Has anyone else seen this?

Comments appreciated

Hi John,

This had me mystified too when I upgraded. My mistake was ticking the box for the Sound Effects LE CD. I eventually worked out that although the CD is free, I was being charged $20 to cover the postage of it. After going back and deleting this from my order the sums came out right.

Hey Wayne

Many thanks for that. Followed your approach and the numbers likewise came out right.. Now downloading...

Cheers

I've just upgraded from V5+DVDA2 to V6+DVD3 for $199 + VAT (EU)

but I had to delete the order several times before the right price came up

Maybe I am missing a promotional code? Has any US user got this for $199?

I hope not I cannot order until tomorrow, the 31st. I don't want to loose the $149.95 price to the Vegas upgrade. I didn't get an e-mail that I expected and forgot to get this done.

I found this link on the DMN site, and it worked for me after I emptied my cart and closed my browser a few times, per redios suggestion (thanks)

Using the link provided by boomhower above, I got the $199 price for US. Use your DVDA serial number rather than your Vegas SN.

I upgraded from a Vegas to Vegas+DVDA today (June 3). They still sold it to me for the $250 discount.
