Vegas Video 15 and 16 won't load

Vegas Video (467?) is telling me that I am low on memory and won't come up. I have a 16g system.

It's an Intel Core i7 8700 CPU@3.70 16.0GB, 64Bit

Any suggestions?

What is the error message when you try to install it? Also what is version (467)
