vegas video 2.0g render as .ASF or AVI (Microsoft MPEG 4 V1)

1. In the feature list, that appear that we can save as .ASF, but i found only the .WMV format.

HOW TO SAVE AS .ASF ?

2. HOW TO SAVE AS .AVI but with the Microsoft MPEG4 V1 Codecs that appear in other video software (premiere, mgi... etc...)

asf is a Microsoft format that has been replaced by WMV. Pretty much the same thing- only better.
