Vegas Video 4.0 and Snazzi III USB2 compatibility?

I like to inquire on the compatibility of Vegas Video 4.0 with Snazzi III USB2 capture card which I intended to use for video capture ?

If it's a USB card it won't work with Vegas you need a Firewire card.
