Vegas Video FX won't install with Vegas 4

Hi I have Vegas Video FX, and it worked fine with Vegas 3, but having unistalled Vegas 3 and installed Vegas 4, Vegas Video FX will display this message during install "Vegas Video FX requires Vegas 3 or later", and the install will not continue.
Any clues?

Doesn't the FX plug in come standard with version 4? I bought the plug in about two months before 4 was released but as I have two licenses at home I'm still using V3 with the plug ins on the other PC.

Vegas FX plug in is part of Vegas 4. No need to install it separately.
