Vegas won't capture from HC7

Vegas recognizes my Sony HC7, via iLink, and I am able to control the camera through Vegas. However, when I attempt to capture, the camera starts playing, but nothing is reaching Vegas.

Any ideas?

I have an HC7 and when I first tried to capture I was trying to use the external capture utility. You have to use the "internal" capture feature of Vegas.
