Vegasaur Upgrade

FoskeyMedia wrote on 12/31/2015, 9:06 AM
Earlier this month I got an email about a discount for Vegasaur upgrade to 2.4: down from $49.95 to $29:95. Even though I've been having some problems with it lately I decided I'd do it. THe offer expired after Dec 31. Of course I procrastinated and waited until today. Look at the page this AM and it's already back up to $49. I'm a little ticked..it's not midnight yet, but oh well. Close page, go back to email (to check the date) pull up the link... and the price is now $14.95. That's more in line with what I wanted to pay and I can live with that.

WOOO HOOO
HAPPY NEW YEAR~~~~

LOL
Hanging steady at $29. My guess is someone put the wrong price in the system, I was tmaybe the first to activate it, and when they saw that they went about changing it in a hurry before the word got out.

Now I know the true meaning of a "Limited time offer"

When I checked after reading your posts I saw $99. How does this plugin help you? I have never seen it.

It provides a lot of short cuts for work flows. Some of it is already in vegas. I found that for my work load it can take more time to set them up and use/remember some of these short cuts than just doing htem manually. Still it has a LOT of workflow features. The main thing I use it for is to do batch rendering. I can set it to render multiple files in sequence. So for example, I can go to work or sleep amd have 5 files rendered whtn I return instead of having to wait for the first one to finish before I start the next. Big time saver for me.

I have been known to run up to 5 instances of Vegas simultaneously and render all at the same time before bed (4K XAVC with plenty of CPU heavy effects such as NeatVid). Sure, each particular instance may render quite a bit slower, but it has never bugged out on me. Actually with 2 renders simultaneously, it does give slightly faster results than running 2 renders back to back.

This method is particularly useful this time of year to turn your PC into a space heater.
