Version 2 Install Problem

I attempted to install VF2 on a Win98 version 1 machine and got an error message. I upgraded to Win 98SE but I still get the same error message even after a reboot. Any ideas, please?

You didn't say WHAT error message you got. If you had version one already on your machine did you uninstall it first? Do you have DirectX version 8 installed? If not, you can pick up a free copy from Microsoft's site.

HI,

This was a first time installation: i.e. no version one installed. The error message is that this software requires: Win 98SE, Win ME or Win 2000 to run. The errors remains even though I have upgraded to Win 98SE.
