Version 21.0 (Build 315) crashes on start after new install.

I am attempting to transfer my registration of Version 21.0 (Build 315) to another computer. After, a successful installation and reboot I attempted to start Vegas, it crashes. 

The splash screen says 'Creating Windows' then the problem report screen pops-up.

Here are the particulars:

  • Windows 11 pro
  • Intel Core i7-8700o CPU @ 3.70ghz
  • RAM 80gb (63.9 gb usable)
  • NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070

All software and drivers are current.

I do have a registered (same Serial number) on the other computer until I get all files transferred.

HELP ! Seriously.

Could be more helpful if you could share an image of the problem report pop up with all its info.
