Just wondering is, there a site I can see the comparison between Platinum versions 10 and 12. Thanks.

Well, you can check out my "new features" articles for version 12 and version 11.

Here's version 12. Just click on the What's New in the Latest Version link above the picture of the book at the bottom of this page.

For version 11, open Sample Chapter 1 on this page and go to the end of the chapter to the "What's New" section.

Thanks Steve, I guess the biggest difference is 64 bit support.
