I'm ready to purchase Vegas Movie Studio, but I'm a bit confused. Amazon.com lists it twice, as:

Sony Vegas Movie Studio + DVD 7 Platinum Edition
Sony Vegas Movie Studio + DVD 7 Platinum Edition [LB]

The [LB] version costs more, and cannot be shipped outside the USA, whereas the cheaper non-[LB] version can be shipped outside the USA. But what the heck does [LB] stand for? An enquiry to Amazon about it got me the nonsensical reply: "Sorry, we don't offer technical support for that software."

Can someone please explain?
