Very Large File Size

Hello all,

I have made several DVD's about 15-30 mins without a problem. I have started this week making one apx 55mins long. Everything seems ok and disk space used is about 3.5Gb The problem comes up when I add the chapters, Using the 'autocreate' for the chapters it adds the 21 chapters just as it should but my file size is now 58Gb.

What causes this and how do I correct it so I can create the DVD?

Video rendered in VV4 as DVD Arch. NTSC

There was an oversized-menu bug when using AC3 audio which "SonicSDB" said was a known-bug to be fixed on the next release, and offered a workaround. So I'm guessing this may be an aspect of the same bug. Problem and workaround reported below:

Thanks for the link. That did the trick. I did have to redo the scene menus once for it to understand but my file size is down to 3.2Gb.
