I just bought the upgrade for video factory. Question...do I need to uninstall original vf before I install new program. Fixing to buy a new computer within a few weeks. Will I be able to transfer new product to new computer or should I wait?

You should be able to simultaneously have Movie Studio 3 and Video Factory 2 on your computer (they install in different directories).

You should also be able to transfer the product to another computer. However, in a legal sense, you should only have one active copy.
