VHS dubs a bit dark

Hello all,
I've successfully printed to tape from the VV 3.0 timeline, an easy but time consuming process. My project is generally dark (it's a band in a smokey bar with little lighting.) The overall darkness is cool because it really LOOKS like a smokey bar, but the VHS dub is a bit too dark. The DV master tape holds up well, but it's on the border of being too dark. Is there a filter in VV that will bring my video level up to broadcast standard? I used the Broadcast Colors filter, so the actual colors are decent, but now I need to bring everything up so the dub doesn't suffer too much in the transfer process.

Speaking of levels...when are we going to get a Vector Scope and Waveform Monitor in VV? Is there a third party monitor plug-in out there?

Thanks!

Use the levels filter. As for the Wav/Vec. request, we sorta got a waveform monitor with Vegas 3. It's called luma histogram and you'll find it on the preview screen where the grid/safe area tool is. Look for the # icon. Anybody know how to use the histogram as a vector scope for checking color saturation?
