Vidcap unable to connect Blackmagic

It has been totally IMPOSSIBLE for Vidcap 6 to connect my Blackmagic. Always the message saying connection with device has been lost.

Yes, I checked preferences, marked "external device" checkbox and under "Video" menu in Vidcap selected "Blackmagic". Even selected "reconnect to device" a lot of times, but it doesn't work.

Any suggestion?

Vidcap does not support Decklink (SDI) capture and print. Use Vegas'
internal capture window and print from Vegas' timeline.

To enable the internal capture window, uncheck the "Use external
capture application" check box in the Video tab of Vegas' application
preferences dialog. Once you've done that, the internal capture
window will appear when you choose "Capture Video" in the File menu or
click the "Capture Video" tool bar button in the Project Media pane.

Speaking of Vidcap, what did you guys do to it?

Open Vidcap. Make sure Clip Explorer is set to Thumbnails. Now, point to the list view window, right-click and select refresh. And refresh. And refresh.
