video, audio sync

I am using the video media generator, credit roll, with timed sequence. I can sync the media to the audio rather well on time line. But when I put this out to tape the media is out of sync with the audio. Thanks for any help.

Make sure you are previewing the sequences in draft mode while editing and do a prerender before printing to tape to verify. Previewing in Best mode uses a lot of CPU horsepower and can cause the audio and video to appear unsynchronized when it really isn't. If you base your text generation on best preview while editing, the rendered video will probably be out of sync. Draft mode doesn't look as good, but it allows for better timing while editing.
