On a wedding video I did, I used a Sony PMW200 for Main. In Vegas(10) I had the whole day on one project (multiple tracks), but separated the ceremony from the rest of the day to be rendered separately. No problems w/ sync of ceremony, but didn't use camcorder audio with that. Rendered fine. In the reception part of the project the main camcorder's audio was used primarly for speaking areas with a zoom for background (music). I had put it on a BD for my Daughter (her wedding). She said the the speaking wasn't matching the mouths. So I checked on my copy & she was right. There wasn't that many places that there was speaking. I went back to check the veg file - no problem. I still have to check the rendered version yet. I've rarely have had a sync issue before. This is the only time I had used this Sony camcorder. The video and ( camcorder ) audio I would have thought would not be a problem. The audio seemed to come slightly before the video action was. The audio for this camcorder is two mono track, but I didn't have any other audio tracks on at those points.
Any suggestions or help on this issue would be greatly appreciated.
