Hi, While trying to extract media from my camera to the hard drive, I keep getting an error that makes no sense to me.

The preview window works fine, and I can view, fast forward, shuttle, etc. the video and watch it all in the window without a problem. However, when I hit the "capture video" button, it initiates a capture, then immediately stops.

I do not get an error message per se, but a windoiw pops up which says "video capture complete". and in the box under that it says "no video was captured".... What gives? I've used the program before without a hitch (on a different cpu), so I'm not sure what could be forcing the capture to stop for no reason....
