video capture

I,ve used movie studio +dvd 7 sucessfully on several projects.now all of a sudden I,m getting "video capture not shut down or vidcap60 exe.has to shut down.The program will not let me get into video captureI"ve tried to reinstall the program several times to no avail. I don"t know what to do Help!!!

Something got screwy on your Windows system and drivers... If a reboot does not fix the problem, I would suggest you email tech support and if they can't fix it, re-install Windows and make sure you have no spyware and software you don't really need in there.
