Video Capture Card

Looking for a good video capture card (composite video & audio) to use with Vegas 3.0 on a Windows ME or 2000 platform.

Anything out there that just has great capture and will work with Vegas Video 3.0 without having to copy everything to some other software first?

Get an external analog/DV converter box like the Sony DVMC-DA2, and
connect it to a firewire port. This gives you S-Video and composite in
and out as well as stereo audio in and out. Vegas Video Capture can
then access your analog deck/camera the same way it would access a
DV camera. Fantastic!

It's a little pricey though. Most places sell the box for about $300, and
if you don't already have them, you'll need a firewire card and a cable.
