Video Capture does not detect my camcorder.

I just purchased VideoFactory and have tried everything in item 1313. I still haven't been able to get VideoFactory to detect my camcorder. I have a Windows 98. Does it have to be a 98SE?

MUST be 98SE. Plain 98 is unsupported.
