Can I use my Studio PCTV capture card by Pinnacle Systems with its composite video imput to capture video with Video factory software e from my VHS-c camcorder or do I need some other video capture card?

Vegas is compatible with OHCI compliant IEEE 1394 cards. You'll need one of these in order to capture with our Video Capture. Probably your best bet will be to use the capture utilities that came with your Pinnacle card.
