Video Capture Install Problems

I tried to install the capture tool on my WIN98 computer. I got the message WIN98 SE necessary. However I installed all the recommended WIN98 updates from microsoft including direct X 8 drivers etc.

Installation was cancelled

What can I do ??

98SE is mandatory. Plain 98 is unsupported.
