video capture- pixelated??

when i started my project my image capture was fine. now i am towards the end of my project and the video capture window has become pixelated when previewing it in the capture window. all of my video up until this point has been flawless! is there any hope?

This could indicate a couple things....but first question is, have you checked to be sure the vid isn't pixelated at the camera? Capture is only a file transfer, nothing going on in the background.
But... if you have shared resources, if you have acceleration too high and your card can't manage it, you could be seeing pixelation. Even if you are seeing pixelation, if it's not camera related, your capture is probably OK. check it on the timeline before getting too concerned, then check for resources and acceleration on the graphics card.
