Video Capture Version2 is better, Why?

I have my final product rendered in AVI format and went print to tape in the VV3 version the video was fine but the audio was scratchy and dropping out. When I did print to tape with the old version from VV2 it printed to tape with perfect sound. Its this a bug? Or is there something I can do to fix it?

Is this a DV .avi file you are having trouble printing in Video Capture? Have you tried printing the same file from the Vegas timeline?

You're using talking 2.0x, right? We've added a lot of cool features since then that tax the system much more including:

Starting with Video Factory 2.0, we shipped version Video Capture 2.5, which had DV Scene Detection, and could print rendered "chained" DV .avi files to overcome the > 4 GB FAT32 file size limit.

With Vegas 3 and Video Capture 3.0, we've added full support for Batch Capturing, including Clip Logging, and Batch Printing.
